Hello, hello! I'm Isha. 👋
A curious mind who loves asking questions, connecting dots, and figuring out why things work the way they do.
I'm a design researcher and strategist working at the intersection of people, business, and design. I enjoy making sense of messy problems, finding patterns in unexpected places, and helping teams turn what they learn into something meaningful.
Beyond work, you'll find me exploring new places, sketching, sipping coffee, or collecting little observations about the world around me. Curiosity, it turns out, doesn't really have an off switch.

Clarity isn’t the starting point.
